1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GRIP OS ("the Service"), operated by Caugia SASU ("Caugia", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
GRIP OS is a constraint-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) execution system that provides assessment scoring, financial impact analysis, action governance, and executive reporting for B2B SaaS companies. The Service includes web-based dashboards, API integrations, and generated reports.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Demo workspace access does not require an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans (Core, Full) are billed monthly with a minimum commitment of 3 months. One-time purchases (GTM Intelligence Reports, deep dive modules) are non-refundable once delivered. Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP based on your detected region. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refund Policy
Subscription fees for unused months after the minimum commitment period may be refunded upon request. One-time report and module purchases are non-refundable once the deliverable has been generated. Contact legal@caugia.com for refund requests.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring models, financial engines, and proprietary methodologies within GRIP OS are owned by Caugia SASU You retain ownership of your company data. Generated reports and assessments are licensed for your internal business use.
7. Data Processing
We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and processing practices.
8. Third-Party Services
GRIP OS integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), and various connector APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
GRIP OS provides analytical tools and recommendations. Financial projections, GRIP scores, and action recommendations are advisory and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Caugia is not liable for business outcomes resulting from following or ignoring GRIP OS recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
10. Availability and Modifications
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, pricing, or these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
