Tom Meijer is the founder and CEO of Caugia. He started Caugia in February 2026 after eight years operating GTM and product inside venture-backed European SaaS companies, watching the same diagnostic gap recur at every stage.
At Contentsquare (digital experience analytics, IPO-stage), he saw what happens when product instrumentation outpaces commercial diagnosis: the data was rich, but the question of "which lever to pull" stayed in slide decks. At Greenly (climate SaaS, scale phase), he saw the same gap from a different angle: a fast-growing team needed deterministic, defensible answers about where revenue was leaking, but the answer was always a six-week consulting engagement.
Caugia is what Tom wished existed at both companies: a GTM operating system that delivers the diagnostic depth of a senior consultant at the speed and economics of software, with every claim cited and every score auditable.
Every B2B operator should be able to ask one question: which constraint is currently capping our revenue? And get a deterministic, source-cited answer in under one hour, with a 90-day execution plan attached. Today this answer takes six weeks and EUR 200K. That gap is not a software gap; it is a structural one. The world is about to be able to fix it.
Caugia closes that gap with three layers: a 265-question structured assessment scored by 72 deterministic engines, a constraint-driven AI advisor (Sophie) grounded in 1,500+ citeable entities, and an execution governance loop that ensures the recommended fix actually happens. Same input, same output, every time. Auditable. Traceable.
In five years, Caugia is the operating system for the CRO function across European mid-market B2B. Operators do not say "we use Caugia." They say "what does Sophie say?" The framework, the language, the doctrine: those become institutional power. That is what we are building toward.
Every step shipped on os.caugia.com first, before any sales motion. Verifiable.

Three forces converged in 2025-2026 to make this category buildable for the first time. AI made the cost of structured retrieval collapse, so a 1,500-entity knowledge graph cited in real time is feasible at software economics for the first time in history. The CRO role exploded: 5,000+ openings in EU/US in 2024-25, all of them needing a repeatable diagnosis framework that does not exist as software. And VC capital became selective again, which means investors want diagnostic clarity before funding more growth, and operators want it before pitching their next round.
I built this because I lived inside both pain points. As an operator, I know the question is never "what is the data?" It is always "which lever do I pull, and which one do I pull next?" As a fundraiser, I know what a clean diagnostic looks like to a sharp investor: numbers, sources, sequencing, financial impact. Both are the same artifact. Caugia is the artifact.
I am building Caugia in public because the artifact must be auditable. Every framework Sophie cites is on os.caugia.com, browsable. Every score the constraint engine returns is reproducible. Every demo workspace is open without login. If you can verify the product yourself in two minutes, the sales conversation is about whether your team will use it, not whether it works.
